JC-Pixelmon [Hardcore Pixelmon Challenges]

Short Information: The whole idea behind this server is to create something that's challenging for you and ourselves.
We grew tired of the easy content from other servers and so here we are, creating our own adventure for everyone to enjoy with us.

Big changes to [Builder]

I've installed multiverse and added a new world called Build.
This world will serve as a creative playfield for all our players with the [Builder] rank.
Builders can also freely tp players in and out of this world if they want to.

This will ensure that all but the highest ranked players are able to utilize any of their permissions in a cheaty way.
Once again, to become a [Builder], one must first prove themselves by either building something on the server or by providing pictures from previous projects.
To become a Builder you must also have played on the server for a while.

In the next few days you'll probably see an official application form for Builder and a list of what we're planning to build so far.

We have about 15-20 regulars by now that play on the server and it's growing still.

Gym 3 & Event Completed!


Today me and Condro has been working on the final touches of Gym 3 and it's now available to the players. This Gym is much harder than the others, altough it sticks to a theme of pokemon throughout the entire thing. Honestly I would be suprised if anyone completes it within a week.
But that's what we're all about - Bringing the hardcore to pixelmon!

We're also done with a system for the Event that we will host every Friday from now on, it will take place in a closed off area that Wild-Beast built. The event includes lots of bosses and pokeloots scattered around the zone, the event will last 10 minutes and although that's not a very long time it's for sure worth it. When you come out of that event your inventory will be overflowing with stuff!

The last thing I want to bring up is the new Pixelmon release, it was announced to be released "shortly after ~5am" (UTC+1 perspective) And well.. I have yet to see any news regarding a release and It's been more than twelve hours. And let's be realistic, "shortly after" doesn't mean twelve or more hours later.
But hey, atleast we know it's coming soon, and it's bringing new pokemon!

I have to say, I'm very pleased with what we've done so far. The first gym was a fairly easy one, mainly because my pokemon were around level 50-70 when I entered it so it wasn't too hard.
The second gym was a challenge however, I was close to being squashed but I managed to kill Misty after a bit of struggling.
Now, the third gym is a step harder than the previous two and it's everything I expected!
It's hard enough to encourage potions for even the most advanced teams. Just imagine what we have in store for the rest of the gyms.

Me and Condro have spent some time on redesigning the website, as you may have noticed if you're a regular visitor.

Other than that, we'll start to finish up on Gym 4 and it will probably be released during or shortly after this weekend.

We've decided to build the Kanto region!

We're using the Fire Red version of Kanto and we're going to keep it as similar to the game as possible.
Right now it's just a side project, our main focus will be on getting the hardcore gyms completed.
