Hello, there welcome to TeamIrishMC! We are a hub server with the hope to be one of the most popular servers in Ireland! We strive to make our players have fun and feel welcome. All our staff are welcoming, kind and will always give a helping hand. Right now, our server is small, tiny actually. We only have creative and faction worlds with Sg being built but we are in the process of making not just one, but 4 or 5 RPG worlds. these RPG's will most likely take a lot of time to build and organize and as such may take quite a while to come out.

Our Goal: As I've said we hope to make one of, if not the best servers in Ireland and one of the popular servers in the whole world. We want all our players to feel equal. We treat donators and staff as equal as players. If one breaks a rule why should they get off easily, they will get the same treatment as normal players. We also want our players to feel welcome. Our staff will be patient with all players, answering any questions asked and will try to help you as much as possible. We strive to make sure all players are having fun and we hope in the future our mini games will help make that happen.

What we need: Right now we really need players and as such would love anyone who would tell there friends or advertise for our server.We are not looking for much staff though we are holding a building competition until April 23rd to look for server builders. To enter the competition simply build in your plotme plot (Don't worry we provide an extra plot for all entries) and ask a staff member to judge it (Preferably Owners or Head-admins). 3 runner-ups will receive the builder rank and the winner will receive Head-Builder so get building! We are also holding an icon competition until April 30th to look for graphic designers. To enter simply make an icon to do with the server, give a staff member (again preferably an owner or head admin) the link to it. There will be up to two winners in this competition and both will receive a graphic designer rank.

What do we have?:Right now as I said we do not have much on our server, but that will change, hopefully soon. But anyway at the moment we have a factions world and a creative, plotme world. Both worlds allow players a sense of freedom and have little restrictions. Our factions world allows griefing but we may have a Towny world with no griefing or stealing. Our creative world allows players build whatever they like in a single plot (Donation ranks allow more plots!). We are also hoping to get Skyblock, Survival Games and Skywars by hopefully the end of the month but unfortunately with our lack of builders we may not have enough maps ready.

What if I want to become a staff member?: We always need help, as I've said right now we have a lack of builders. But even so we don't just accept you as staff if you nag at us. To make sure we can trust our staff members we require them to have played at least a month on the server. It also highers your chances if you help out on the server by answering questions, being kind and friendly to new and normal players. it will lower your chances if you have recently (recently as in when your applying) broke a rule.
